Exchanges and Returns

We want you to LOVE your custom item(s) from The Finer Things 1920™. It truly is our mission to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. 


Due to the custom nature of our orders, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that may have a defect.

  1. We ask that if your item has a defect that you enter a Help Desk Ticket via a website with 10 days of receipt of your item and provide a photo of the issue. 
  2. We will provide you with a return form authorization to include in your shipment. 
  3. All attempts will be made to replace your item with an identical item. If an identical or similar item is not available, we reserve the right to offer you a choice between a non-identical replacement item of similar value or a credit on your account.


If you've ordered the wrong size, may be able to offer an exchange, but this will be based on inventory and it is not guaranteed. 

Please note: 

Unfortunately, for returns/exchanges we will not offer prepaid return labels.  The customer is responsible for returning any item to The Finer Things 1920™. Re-shipping of any replacement item will be covered by The Finer Things 1920™.
