Here’s an overview of how it works!

Step 1: Open Enrollment Period

For Zetas, the subscription is quarterly and the open enrollment period occurs four times a year: January, April, July, and October.
For Amicae, the subscription is quarterly (beginning January 2026) and the open enrollment period occurs four times a year: January, April, July, and October.
Visit the website during these times to sign up to join the subscription service.

Step 2: Select Your Subscription - Zeta or Amicae

Choose the subscription that aligns with your affiliation - Zeta or Amicae (when offered).
The subscription starts at $52.99, with slight price adjustments for sizes above 2XL+ and does not include shipping.

Step 3: Payment and Order Confirmation

Complete the payment process to confirm your order.
You'll receive a confirmation email with details about your subscription and the expected timeline for delivery.
Be sure to double check your address, apartment numbers and zip codes to ensure no hiccups at shipping time!

Step 4: Customization and Packing

In the final month of the quarter, the team customizes your box based on your selected size and the quarterly theme.

Step 5: Shipping Notification

Boxes are shipped during the third month of the quarter (March, June, September, December).
You’ll receive email updates on the progress and tracking information once it ships.

Step 6: Unbox and Share

Once your box arrives, enjoy unboxing your custom items!
