Now that the subscription window is closed, our team will continue to curate the subscription boxes based on the quarterly theme and custom garment this quarter. Now is the time to re-review your order details - make sure in the excitement of ordering your information was entered correctly. 

Enable Your Account Today
Now that you are a subscriber, if you have not done so already, create an account to manage your subscription. This does not happen automatically at the time of your order.  Enabling your account allows you to make updates your billing, skip an upcoming subscription or cancel.  In order to create an account go to: https://thefinerthings1920.com/account/login 

If you enter your email address and it says, no account found, please create an account by clicking on the create an account link. Please use the guide to account management to guide you through the process. 

When Will Boxes Ship?
As a reminder, we work on a  3-month cycle with shipping in the final month of the given quarter. The exact date is always TBD. All boxes ship from our US based shipper. Our shipping schedule is as follows: 

  • Join: January, ships in March
  • Join: March, ships in June
  • Join: July, ships in September
  • Join: October, ships December

Any changes in the shipping schedule will be shared via email.

When Will I Be Billed Again? 

The recurring bill cycle occurs on the 1st month of any given quarter. Our billing schedule is as follows: 

  • January 1st
  • March 1st
  • July 1st 
  • October 1st 

In instances were shipping runs later than expected and spills over into a new quarter, we will shift the quarterly billing cycle to allow our shippers an opportunity to label all packages before we rebill for the new quarter. If this happens, we will notify all subscribers via email. 


Address Updates
If your address changes before your next box ships, submit a OPS Team Help Desk ticket and we will take care of your shipping update across all our systems. Please do not update your account with your address update. Failure to notify the OPS Team with address updates could result in a delay in receiving your shipment and a reship fee of $15.00.
